LONG TIME NO SEE!

Sorry it's taking me so long to get back here but I've been working on some new ideas and playing around with moving to a new blogging site.  As it turns out, that is not as easy as I envisioned.  I have so many ideas floating around.  I'm trying to lasso them and bring them to this site.  I'll be going away to a wonderful weekend retreat hosted by Danni Stillwell and here crew.  Maybe my experience will open up the stop logs which is preventing me from moving forward.   Wish me luck

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING/FIRST ATTEMPT

This is one of my first attempts at digital scrapbooking.  I downloaded the elements from Christina Renee Designs Shoppe http://www.christinareneedesigns.com who unfortunately have closed her doors.  Hopefully she wil reappear.  This photo of me and my cousin Linda  was taken around the late 50's or early 60's when downtown Detroit was booming and all of the stores  were having a sidewalk fair.

I love the way it looks but I still miss the touchy feely of paper and elements scrapbooking.  This is great when doing multiple copies for friends and family.

CLEANING STUDIO

Today I'm trying to clean up my studio and create this blog at the same time. I have to stop my projects because I can no longer see the top of my project table. Every so often I have to do that before I can move on.
